Eric Lunceford, CPA

Prior to founding First Mate Business Solutions, Eric has has had a diversified career in a number of high level positions in a wide range of industries.
Eric serves as our Chief Executive and manages all sales, operations and support.
He has had a love of technology and a bit of a geeky side since receiving a walkie-talkie base station for Christmas in the 5th grade. His favorite store was Radio Shack.
Eric is a fanatic sailor and enjoys sharing the water with his sons and 4 grandchildren.
Earle Young

Earle has been working with technology in varying capacities for over 40 years.
Earle's depth of experieince is mind-boggling. He has owned a number of businesses, developed machine code for NASA, implemented and supported numerous business management systems and has supported Sage 100 for over 25 years.
Earle is our reporting expert and is the go-to resource for Crystal Reports.
Earle is keyboardist and enjoys spending time performing blue grass music at senior centers accross the state. He is an active volunteer working with developmentally challenged adults.
Laura Crump

Laura has been supporting sales, operations and marketing for more than 20 years.
Being the XO, she keeps us on task and accountable for all of our comittments.
Laura also handles all account management and marketing efforts for the firm.
Laura can usually be found on the water with her family.
